Data and purpose

This website has no data collection forms, its own user accounts, visitor analytics or advertising. If you email us, you share your address, name and message so we can respond to your enquiry or service request.

Legal basis and retention

Data from a service request is used to take pre-contractual steps at your request. For other enquiries, we process the information you voluntarily provide in order to reply. Your email will not be used for marketing without a valid basis. Messages are retained while handling the enquiry and, where applicable, for the statutory retention periods.

Hosting and images

The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Its infrastructure may process technical data, such as IP addresses and security logs, to serve the site. Photos load from MallorcaLens and Pequeñas Cargas, and album covers from Spotify’s image service (i.scdn.co), so your browser also connects to those domains. Provider and processor terms and any international transfers must be reviewed by the controller before public launch.

External links

Amazon, Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube and Instagram are not embedded as players or widgets. Covers hosted by Spotify load when the music section is viewed; platform links open when selected. Their policies then apply.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability where applicable by writing to the contact above. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
